Survivors include her daughter, Vicki McCarver Bishop (Tony), her grandchildren, Brittany McCarver Scruggs (Matt) and Mack Carver Bishop, her great grandchild, Saylem Carver Scruggs, her sisters, Virginia Todd and Rachel Jarrett, and a host of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Mack McCarver, her son, Mike "Coach" McCarver, and her sister, Reba Graham.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2025, from 12:30-2:30PM at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc with the service immediately following visitation. Bro. David Ard will officiate. Burial will follow in Ecru Cemetery. Tutor Memorial Funeral Home of Pontotoc is in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers will be Matt Scruggs, Mack Bishop, Bobby Kelly, Kevin Ray, and Derrick Yancy.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Yellow Leaf Baptist Church, Building Fund, 50 CR 435, Oxford, MS 38655.
