West Winfield
Helen J. Taylor, 77, of West Winfield, passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at Valley Health Services in Herkimer.
She was born on October 29, 1948 in (place), a daughter of the late Raymond and Eleanor (Gage) Harter and graduated from West Winfield Central Schools. On October 23, 1971, Helen was united in marriage to Bernard J. Taylor in Millers Mills Church and shared a blessed union of 54 years. She was employed as a Teacher's Aide with Mount Markham School.
Helen was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Family was everything to Helen and she cherished every moment that she spent with them.
Surviving are husband, Bernie, West Winfield; sons, Bernie (Debra Conrad) Taylor, Jr., Winfield and William (Kendra Harris) Taylor, West Winfield; granddaughter, Finley Taylor; grandsons, Taz (Bri) Taylor and Gabe Harris; great grandchildren, Lilly Alanna, Brantley Taylor; sister, Betty Jane Neil and several nieces and nephews.
Helen's family wishes to extend their gratitude to the nurses and staff with Valley Health Services for all their care and compassion.
Relatives and friends are invited to calling hours on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 from 5-7 pm at Dimbleby Funeral Homes, Inc., 365 West Main, West Winfield. Interment will be in Cedarville Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
