Helene Emanuel Obituary
Helene worked at Gulf Coast Medical Center for 40 years where she built many relationships. She was born in Albuquerque, NM into an Air Force family which allowed her to travel a lot as she grew up. She eventually settled in Panama City,
Florida where she met the love of her life, Mark. She was an active member of Central Baptist where she enjoyed bus visitation, choir, and serving in the nursery.
She is preceded in death by her parents Evangeline Hemmerly and Wilfred Hemmerly.
She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Mark Emanuel; daughter, Sophia Emanuel; brother, David Hemmerly; aunt, Noni Taylor; cousins, Greg Taylor and Litsa Patrick; many other cousins and friends.
A celebration of Helene's life will be held at 10:30 A.M. Saturday November 8, 2025 at St. Andrews Baptist Church
