A lovely obituary for a very accomplished and beloved man. But what I'll always remember him for is the grace with which he treated us during the loss of our cherished pet after helping take good care of her for many years. Thank you, Henry!

My condolences to Mrs Childers, the entire Childers family and all his friends. I met Dr. Childers back in '94 when i became his letter carrier. Over the years we had talks ranging from gardening to my children and his family whom i could tell he was very proud of. I am saddened by his passing and your loss and wanted to let you know that he touched my life as well. May he rest in peace.

I brought my dogs to Cranston animal Hospital for years. He was one of the nicest, kindest, most gentle soul you could ever meet.. His bedside manner dealing with owners and patients was beyond anything I´ve ever seen . He was wonderful with everything he did ..his love of animals evident. He will be greatly missed by the veterinary community. My condolences to his family
