Mr. Henry Taylor Eaves, 67, of Bowman, husband of Tamra Kay “Tammy” Sullivan Eaves, passed away on Monday, May 5, 2025, at Elbert Memorial Hospital.
Henry was born in Cairo, Illinois on February 16, 1958, Rye and Sadie Taylor Eaves. With hopes to follow in the footsteps of his father in the jewelry business, he attended college and earned certification as a gemologist. He found his true calling within the construction industry, and spent the rest of his life doing what he loved. He was an avid NASCAR fan.
Surviving, in addition to his wife Tammy, are his daughters-and son-in-law: Lana McCane and Luther McCane of Mayfield, Kentucky and Melanie Eaves of Charleston, South Carolina; one sister; four brothers; ten grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Henry Michael Eaves.
