Mrs. Judith Hope Smith Wiggins, 82, wife of the late James Duff Wiggins, pased away on Sunday, August 24, 2025.
Mrs. Wiggins was born in Carlton on Valentine's Day 1943, daughter of the late Brady L. Smith and Willie Mae Harris Smith. She was a retired registered nurse.
Surviving are her children: Daniel William Benton and his wife Janna of Elberton and Leslie Benton of Carlton; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren,
Along with her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings: Richard Smith, Catherine O'Kelly, and Jeanette Webb.
