Herbert Smith Obituary
He was preceded in death by his daughter Tuesdai T. Butcher and his spouse Melissa A. Newcomer.
Herbert leaves behind a loving family including his children: Manley L. Smith Sr. (Elda), Tanji C. Jones (Jackie), Herbert L. Smith Jr., Summer L. Smith, Samantha C. Smith, Herbie D. Drayden, and Destini M. Hunter (Xzavier). He is also survived by his siblings: Caroline Hernandez, Pamela Smith, James Smith, Tina Smith, Timothy Smith, Daryl Smith, and Mark Smith.
Herbert's memory will also be cherished by a large host of family that includes aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Per his wishes, no services will be held. Cremation has taken place in accordance with his request.
Herbert will be remembered for his love of family, his strength, and the legacy he leaves in the hearts of those who knew him.
