Herman E. Flanagan, 77, of Huntington, W.Va., passed peacefully on Monday, October 27, 2025 at The Wyngate at Rivers Edge in Proctorville, Ohio. He was an excellent mechanic, fixer of many things, and a racing enthusiast. He was the son of the late Paul and Connie Flanagan of Tappahannock, V.A. He is survived by his daughter, son-in-law, and grandson Amy, Tim, and Kevin Dillon, all of Huntington. Reger Funeral Home is in charge of the cremation. No service will be held.
