Hilario Aka Jr. Coronado, age 67, of Miami, AZ, entered into eternal rest on Monday November 3rd, 2025.
Born on February 3,1958 in Globe, Arizona to Hilario Coronado Sr. and Elodia Ornelas and all that knew Hilario knew him as Junior as that is what he liked to be called. Junior lived a life rooted in faith, love, and devotion. He was a faithful husband, a devoted father, a proud grandparent and a man whose quiet strength and gentle heart touched everyone who knew him.
Junior attended all Miami School District and Graduated with the Miami Class of 1979. He then married Clara Struck on May 29, 1979, and had 2 sons Dimitri and Isaiah. Junior worked construction with Guzman and was involved with reconstruction of the Roosevelt Dam in 1997. He then worked for the City of Globe with projects around town and the copper Industry with BHP and Capstone and Freeport as a Haul Truck driver.
Junior enjoyed a variety of sports. Which included football, basketball and baseball. His favorite teams were the Washington Redskins and the Los Angeles Lakers.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years, Clara Coronado, and their two sons, Dimitri Coronado his wife Crystal. Isaiah Coronado his wife Diamond and grandchildren Gavin, Addilynn, Ryland and Rhett. Who were the joy and pride of his life. He is also survived by his brothers John Cervantes, Ernie Cervantes, His love for his family was steadfast and unconditional, a reflection of his deep faith in God’s everlasting grace.
Hilario (Junior) found purpose in serving others and sharing kindness wherever he went. Whether through his work, his church community, or the simple moments spent with family, he lived each day with gratitude and compassion.
Though our hearts are heavy, we find comfort in knowing he is now in the presence of the Lord, welcomed home with peace and love. His legacy will live on through the faith and love he instilled in his family.
A celebration of Hilario’s life will be held on Saturday November 15th at Globe Christian Center, with visitation beginning at 10:00am
