Hilary Therese Moore, affectionately known as “Theresa” graced this earth on January 21, 1962. Blessed to the parentage of Hildra and Treva Rockmore. Born and raised in Fort Worth, TX, she received her education from FWISD, graduating from Northside High School. Her vivacious spirit and bright smile graced many throughout her life.
Accepting Christ at an early age, she planted the seed of zeal in her children for the Lord.
She worked in food industry, serving a smile and “hey” with each encounter. The most important job she held was mother to sons, Eric and Anthony Rockmore and daughter Angelique Moore. Later continuing this maternal love given to her grandchildren whom, affectionately called her “Maw Maw”.
Theresa was an avid sports watcher, of her favorite football team the Denver Broncos, and a number one fan of Kevin Durant. She was a woman of passion with her main being family. A devoted sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. Theresa left an imprint of love to all.
On September 27, 2024, she was welcomed to the arms of Christ.
Waiting for her with open were her son, Eric Rockmore; father Hildra Rockmore; mother, Treva (Davis) Rockmore; brother, Tony Rockmore; and niece, Kaccundra Williams.
She leaves to cherish her memories; son, Anthony Rockmore; daughter, Angelique Moore;, sister, Vanessa Sapp Wren; brother, Willie “Ken” Sapp (Della), Joel Rockmore Sr. and Jeffrey Rockmore; grandchildren, AJ, Courtney, Aiden, and Duke; special daughters, Camillia Rockmore and Cherise Hobbs; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
