Dear Family, you have my deepest heartfelt condolences. May God be with you to bring you comfort and peace through this difficult time. He promises us at Isaiah 61:2, 25:8 "he will actually do away with death forever...will certainly wipe the tears from all faces."

Donne was correct, "the bell...it tolls for thee." Few will appreciate the loss the world has suffered. Who do we look to now to not be afraid to be free thinkers and "never correct our taste." To his family, what a privilege it must have been to have someone so bright and fearless as your own and how sorrowful this loss surely is to you. You have my deepest sympathies and prayers. A. Such a lovely and elegant man. We will miss knowing he is in this world. Always enjoyed seeing him on his way to town to pick up the NYTimes and a muffin at the Book Store Cafe in Damariscotta.

To the family. Losing someone who has being a part of your life for so many years must be very difficult. May it help to ease the hurt you feel now to know that others care and are thinking of you at this sad time. With deepest sympathy. (Psalms 61:3)
