MR. HILTON DAVIS SPEARS

Funeral services for Mr. Hilton Spears will be held at 2 PM Friday, August 15, 2025, at John E. Stephens Chapel with Rev. Eric Sharp and Rev. Joey Savell officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in Noxapater. Visitation will be held 5 PM – 8 PM Thursday, August 14, 2025, at John E. Stephens Chapel. Mr. Spears, 67, passed away Monday, August 11, 2025, at his home in Neshoba County. He lived all his life in Neshoba County and was a member of West Philadelphia Baptist Church where he taught an adult Sunday school class. He worked in cabinetry and construction for many years and owned Hilton Spears Custom Cabinets and Hilton Spears Construction. His hobbies were reading his Bible, working with his wood lathe, cooking and saltwater fishing. He is preceded in death by his wife, Angela Reynolds Spears and mother, Yvonne Spears. Survivors include his father, Robert Spears and stepmother, Cathy Spears; daughter, Brookes Hardin (Mutt); son, Jay Lee Spears (Becky); sisters, Libby Lewis (Homer), Diane Dunn (Rudolph); brother, Ken Spears (Tammy); (5) grandchildren, Maggie and R.B. Hardin, Dylan, Logan and Sarah Spears and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be R.B. Hardin, Dylan Spears, Logan Spears, Lee Cumberland, Terry Spears, Josh Garrett, Danny Cain.
