I am sorry to hear about Archbishop Paul Gassios passing. I was fortunate to have have worked with Paul as a child care worker at Sarah Fischer Center in Farmington Hills, Mi. We had similar interests in the Social Work Profession and attended Wayne State University, Detroit, Mi. Paul and I became friends & he was a a groomsman at my wedding in 1984. We stayed in touch for a while and then became busy in our careers. I was attempting to reach out to Paul and heard of his passing. I can share that Paul was a very passionate and astute clinician. He assisted many clients and their families throughout his career. I was very impressed by all his accomplishments in his ministry work. I will miss him very much and cherish our fond memories that we shared together. Rest in peace my friend.

Prayers to the Family,
To us, Archbishop Paul was Father Paul in Kokomo, IN for the short time of 1994 to 2005. He was a Supervisor at our newly formed homeless day shelter - Coordinated Assistance Ministries, Inc. We remember his smile, kindness, and care for all the CAM Clients who walked through his office door.
What a blessing to have served with him, and what a blessing that Father Paul went to be with God on Holy Pascha Sunday! He will be missed.
