Homer Lee Becker

Homer Lee Becker formerly of Fenton, Missouri passed away on October 28, 2024, in Bonne Terre, Missouri at the age of 78 years. He was born July 15, 1946, in rural New Madrid County, Missouri, the son of the late Arthur and Margie (Malugen) Becker.
On May 22, 1965, he was united in marriage to Sue Becker who preceded him exactly one year ago on October 28, 2023. To this union two children were born: LaDonna Pedersen and husband, David of Litchfield, New Hampshire and Edward Lee Becker who preceded him in death. Three grandchildren are left to mourn the death of their grandfather: Amanda Pedersen, Melissa Pedersen, and Jared Pedersen.
Several of his siblings are also left to mourn his passing, Helen Hearn of Myrtle, Mississippi, Billy Becker of Portageville, Missouri and Anita Johnson in Florida, along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
His sister Bertha Portwood of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and brother Eugene Becker of Dyersburg, Tennessee also preceded him in death.
Homer graduated from High School in 1964. He worked as a delivery driver for Arnold Muffler shop for many years. His favorite job was being a golf course Marshall. He also enjoyed mowing lawns and had his own mowing business for a while.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
