Hope Anne Flaherty, 62 of Lewiston, Maine, passed away on October 31, 2025. She was born in Hartford Connecticut on October 1, 1962, to Annette L Frazier and Douglas W Burnnell.

Hope lived her life with a tender heart and an open spirit. She found endless joy in the beauty of nature, in the quiet songs of the birds she adored, and in the gardens she so lovingly tended. In the summer her hands were rarely still, as she was always planting, nurturing, and creating spaces where life could flourish.

Hope was a devoted manager to CN Brown and Dollar General and was a recipient of a GED. Hope will be remembered by the lives she touched, her love of the outdoors, and the little moments with her loved ones.

Above all, Hope's greatest joy was her family. She was a devoted mother to her children, and she was a proud grandmother and great-grandmother whose love knew no bounds. Her family was her heart, and she poured her warmth, strength, and kindness into every generation that followed.

Hope is survived by her loving children Nicole, Dominque, son Larry, stepsons' Levi and Matthew. Her siblings George Burnell, Eugene A Burnell, Robert Burnell Sr, Florence Corbett, Lynnore Paine, James D Burnnell, Donald Burnell, Annette Burnell, Roxanne Morrill, and her mother Annette L Frazier. Her grandchildren, Destiny Burnnell, Jazzlyn Burnnell, Jamyah Nicolas, Myah Nicolas, Lawrence Burnnell, Kiram Maxim, Hazen Maxim, Zyanah Kelly, Noah Kelly, and her great grandchildren Ava Tisdale, Brynlee Bowler, and Paislee-Anne Tisdale. Her son-in-law's Kenworth Kelly and Shawn Flaherty.

She was preceded in death by her father Douglas W Burnnell, siblings Charles Burnnell, Douglas A Burnell, and Randy A Burnell.

A celebration of Hope's life will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the George Bunten Post 10 American Legion 13 Reynolds Ave, Livermore Falls, ME 04254. Family and friends will gather to honor the warmth, kindness, and love she shared with all who knew her.

Her memory will continue to bloom in the gardens she tended and in the lives of those she touched.
