Howard Hutton Obituary
Howard Lavon Hutton, 91, passed away on Monday, November 10, 2025 in Weatherford.
Funeral Service: 2 p.m. Thursday, November 13, 2025 in White's Chapel of Memories, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford.
Interment: Holders Chapel Cemetery, 501 Holders Chapel Road, Cool.
Lavon was born February 4, 1934 in Norton, son of J P Hutton, Jr. and Eva Rosalyn (Bryan) Hutton. He married Imogene Bloomer on May 22, 1953. Lavon spent his life farming in Runnels County, where he raised cotton, maize, and wheat. After his failing health, he loved playing dominoes at the nursing facility. Lavon also enjoyed Skipbo and word find puzzles. He attended the Church of Christ. Lavon loved singing and he lead "Sweet By and By" on the Saturday before he passed.
Survivors: Wife, Imogene Hutton; children, Ronda Finch, Ronald Hutton (Cheryl), and Dianne Putman (Wayne); sister, Debra Weir (Galen); 7 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
