Pat and Family, Our hearts and prayers go out to you at this sad time. Howard was such a kind and caring person and always made us feel like we were his friends while we were all at Brown's Chapel Church. He was especially kind to Sharon and I'll always be grateful for that. May God bless each of you is our prayer today.

Pat, I am so very sorry to hear of Howards death. Howard and I had a very good and fun relationship when we were much younger and while I did not see him often at all I did consider him a good friend and will miss his presence. He always had a smile for me and made me feel good to meet him. My heart and prayers go out to you and your family.

I worked with Howard in the Ogletree Bldg. He was such a friendly and giving person. I saw him not long ago and he was so excited that Brad and his family were moving back to Sylacauga. Howard was always very proud of his wife and children. I am so sorry for your loss.

We are distant cousins whom LaVenia contacted last year, thru the Cunningham cousins in TN, and have stayed in touch with each other since that time. She informed us of Howard's passing. I am Marilyn Mann Campbell and my mother is Marjorie Evans Mann; her mother was Stella Smith Evans and her mother was Sally Neal Smith and her mother was Elizabeth Neal who was LaVenia's grandmother.
