Howard Runyon Obituary
In addition to his parents, Dr. Runyon is preceded in death by his daughter, Jill Baker.
Dr. Runyon is survived by the love of his life, Christine "Chris" Runyon to whom he was married for 69 years. His children Howard Runyon Jr. and Christi Kelly. He also leaves behind seven grandchildren, Morgan, Christopher, Austin, Will, Jared, Marina, Micah and two great-grandchildren, Levi and Noah.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at 10:00 am at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Athens with a receiving of friends to follow.
Kyker Funeral Home in Sweetwater is honored to care for the Runyon Family.
