Ian was born on August 12, 1976, in Auxvasse, Missouri to John Conelley and Carol Hogan Conelly.
Ian attended North Callaway High School in Kingdom City, Missouri and graduated in 1994.
Ian joined the United States Navy in 1995 and proudly served his country until 1997 when he was discharged general under honorable conditions.
Ian enjoyed Legos, video games and movies as well as working on and riding motorcycles.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter, Sabrina Conelley, and his grandchildren Alexander Super and Jaxon Hicks.
Ian was preceded in death by her parents John and Carol.
A celebration of life for Ian will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at 2700 North Bluff Street, Fulton, Missouri 65251.
Arrangements are under the direction of Parker-Millard Funeral Service and Crematory, 12 E. Ash St.; Columbia, Missouri 65203. (573) 449-4153. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.milardfamilychapels.com
