Ibrahim Muhammad Obituary
was born January 18, 2002, in Des Moines Iowa.
Ibrahim was playful, humorous, free spirited and a renegade at heart. He liked art and music which he would use as a form of expression. Aside from spending time with family, Ibrahim enjoyed chess, animals (mainly cats), sparring which he often did with his two brothers, and comedy. His love for dad jokes as well as his spontaneity added to his lovability. He enjoyed skateboarding and football. Ibrahim enjoyed Transformers and Dragon Balls Z. He loved taking walks and spending time being outdoors. He was kind and he was thoughtful; he placed the well being of his friends above his own. He believed in helping those less fortunate than himself. He was loved and adored by many.
On October 10, 2022, Ibrahim Zahir Muhammad passed away.
He is survived by his grandparents Arthur and Phyllis Killins, Ira and Benita Gooch, and Ricardo Duncan. His parents, Brian Duncan and Phylisha Muhammad. His siblings; Hassannah, Sulaiman, Safiyyah, Zakariyya, and Amani. Plus, his Aunts, Uncles and a host of cousins.
His presence added a sweetness to our lives for which we will be forever grateful.

Ibrahim was like a gentle giant all his life. When he was little he was very shy but so sweet and affectionate. He just loved being around the people he new best, his family. I am so sorry to hear he is no longer with us. I pray God blesses his family with comfort and the best of memories. Peace and love, Arai

When Ibrahim was born, he amazed the Dr´s and nurses within the first hour after his birth with his amazing voice. He hummed a song. The staff gathered around my hospital bed, listening.... amazed. It was such a beautiful, peaceful experience.
