Ida Mae Dysard, age 82, passed away peacefully on September 23, 2025.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of more than 50 years, John Frederick "Fred" Dysard; her parents, William and Ida Becker; her brothers Jack, Irvin, and George Becker; and her sister, Marie Becker.

Ida Mae is survived by her children: Renee Twilley (Jason), John Dysard Jr. (Nancy), and Tom Dysard (Laurie); her loving grandchildren: Ashley Ripley, Robbie Ripley (Brittany), Justin Dysard, Josh Dysard (Paola), Katy Whittemore (Stephen), and Melanie Liddic; and several cherished great-grandchildren.

She is also survived by her siblings: Bill Becker (Pat), Anna Causey (Dave), Aline Becker, Donald Becker (Kendra), and sister-in-law Anita Becker.

Ida Mae found joy in life's simple pleasures. She was well known for her delicious Christmas sugar cookies, a cherished tradition her family looked forward to each year. She loved playing bingo, Keno, and trying her luck with the lottery-always using the birthdays of those she held dear. An avid needlepoint enthusiast, Ida Mae created countless handmade treasures over the years. Above all, she loved spending time with her family, who were the center of her world.

Visitation will be held at Connelly Funeral Home in Dundalk on Thursday, September 25 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Service will take place at 7:30 PM.

A graveside service will take place at Meadowridge Memorial Park on Friday, September 26 at 11:30 AM.
