Ida Maruca

MARUCA, Ida. February 8, 2026. Age 92. Beloved wife of the late Angelo Maruca. Dearest mother of Josephine Maruca, Pietro "Pete" Maruca, and Gregory Maruca (Amy). Cherished grandmother of Pietro Jr. "P.J." (Kerri), Scott, Michelle (Christian), Clark, and Grant, and great-grandmother of Wyatt, Angelo, and Flynn. Ida is preceded in death by her parents, Gregorio and Rosina and her 6 siblings. Ida loved to cook for others and loved to be surrounded by her family. She also enjoyed soap operas, knitting, and crocheting. Visitation Friday, February 13th, 2026 from 3pm to 8pm at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons, Inc., 36900 Schoenherr at Metro Parkway (16 Mile), Sterling Heights. Visitation Saturday, February 14th, 2026 at 10am until time of Funeral Service at 11:00am at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons, Inc., 36900 Schoenherr at Metro Parkway (16 Mile), Sterling Heights. Ida will be laid to rest with her husband, Angelo, at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township, Michigan.
