Ida Ruth Pittman, age 94, of LaGrange, passed away peacefully on August 28, 2025. She was born on July 27, 1931, in North Carolina to the late William Webb and Daisy Webb. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gene Pittman, as well as a host of brothers and sisters.

Before her retirement, Mrs. Pittman served as the office manager at Pelham Parkway Nursing Home, where her dedication and care touched many lives.

She is survived by her daughter, Donna Worley; grandchildren, Ethan Worley and Maegan Worley; nieces and nephews, Glenda Hine, Sandy Jones, Phil Holland, and Larry Holland; along with many close friends and extended family who will dearly miss her.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at a later date.
