Ilean Maxwell Obituary
She graduated from Luther H. Foster High School in Nottoway County, VA. Ilean joined Shiloh Baptist Church at a young age and remained a member until her passing. Ilean loved doing hair and was a self-employed beautician for over twenty years.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Martha P. Jones; father, Langston Fitzgerald, Sr; husband, Edward Maxwell; sister, Margaret Fitzgerald; brothers, Langston Fitzgerald, Jr. and Archer Lee Fitzgerald.
Ilean leaves to cherish her memories: her step-son, Robert Maxwell of Kenneth Square, PA; two grandchildren Yusuf and April Maxwell of New York, NY; two great grandchildren, Amaya and Isaiah Maxwell of Houston, TX; two nieces, Arlena and Beverly Adams of New York, NY; two goddaughters, Arlene Edmonds (Lewis) and Anissa Crawley, both of Blackstone, VA; and many relatives and friends.
