Ima June (Lovett) Baxter, 78, of Lowell, Arkansas, passed away on January 17, 2025, at her home. She was born December 1, 1946, in Hindsville, Arkansas, to the late Joseph Franklin and Pearly Pauline (Moppins) Wade. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Larry Wade, Dale Wade and Alfred Wade; and three sisters, Norma Jean Hortman, Jessie Owens, and Linda Sparks.
Survivors include her husband, Cecil James "Jim" Baxter, three children: Carolyn Beamenderfer and her husband, Robert Beamenderfer, of Columbus, Ohio; Douglas Lovett and his wife, Alicia Lovett, of Lakeland, Florida; and Alicia Harriman and her husband, Tyler Harriman, of Rogers, Arkansas; two brothers: Ed Wade of Lowell, Arkansas and Eddie Wade of Hindsville, Arkansas; and two sisters: Reba Acoff of Sonora, Arkansas, and Lois Teeter of Beebe, Arkansas along with a host of extended family. Grandchildren include: Vanessa Raley, Jessica Cline, Crystal Lynch, Jessica Lovett, Douglas Lovett, Breanna McClure, Channing Harriman, Camdyn Harriman, and Caius Harriman. Great grandchildren include: Alivia Cline; Morgan Lynch, Corbin Lynch, Sutton Lovett, Harper Lovett, Amelia Lovett, Maya Lovett, and Jameson Lovett.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at Colbaugh Cemetery in Hindsville, Arkansas, with Bro. Tyler Harriman officiating.
