Terry Alan Baxter passed away on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at the age of 67. He was born on June 11, 1958, in Wichita, Kansas, to Donald and Carol Baxter. Terry graduated from Louisiana State University with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.
Terry was a member of the Boy Scouts of America and achieved the rank of an Eagle Scout. He was also a member of Broadmoor United Methodist Church in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Terry enjoyed music, art, sports (especially LSU and The Saints), games, cards, and TV game shows.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at Broadmoor United Methodist Church, 10230 Mollylea Drive in Baton Rouge, on Friday, August 8, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. A light luncheon will be held at the church in the Adult Education Building, Room 101, beginning at 11:00 a.m. with a visitation following at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory, 11817 Jefferson Hwy in Baton Rouge.
