Kim was a loving mother, devoted grandmother, and a cherished friend, known for her kind spirit, generosity, and strong faith in God.

She was a giver, always ready to lend a helping hand or create something special for others, such as her beloved gift baskets. Her creativity shone brightly in all aspects of her life, from her decorating skills to her ability to make everyone feel welcomed and valued.
Kim was particularly proud of her sons, Sean (Diamond) Burkes and Shane Burkes, and her daughter Shalom Keller who remained closed to her heart throughout her life, three grandchildren, who were the light of her life. She cherished the time spent with them and took great joy in fostering their growth and happiness. Her relationships with her family extended beyond her immediate household, as she maintained ties with her sisters, Sharon Hall and Tammy Goodson, and her brothers Lenny Rash and Ronald Lee, alongside other relatives and friends.
