Inez was born on March 31, 1939, in Oakland, California, to Frank and Guadalupe Mattos. She lived all her life in Hayward, California, where she worked in secretarial positions for over 40 years. She is survived by her daughters, Cheryl (Michael) Mosier, Carole (Tim) Caton, and Lisa (Robert) Ussery; five beloved grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Frank Mattos Jr.
Inez loved her family deeply and her grandchildren were her pride and joy.
Her strength, positivity, and beautiful spirit will live on in our hearts forever, as she will be missed immensely.
A viewing will be held on September 18, 2025, 5pm - 8pm, at Holy Sepulchre funeral chapel

A Funeral mass will be held on September 19, 2025, at 1pm, at Church of Assumption
