Ingrid just celebrated her 74th birthday on July 181\ 2025. She was born July 18t\ 1951, in Eindhoven, Holland (Netherlands) to Jaques and Margaretha Leclou. Ingrid passed away peacefully in her sleep at her daughter Renee's house, which was her new home due to some declining health. The beauty of that night-July 25th\ 2025 was that she was ready with her shoes on and purse by her side because "Jack is coming for me to take me home".

Ingrid had a zeal for life and made many radical choices like moving to the United States when she was only 17 years old! Ingrid's main career was taking care of special needs children. Her students loved her fun and playful nature as did her daughters- Renee (& Roger) and Kim (& David). Ingrid is also survived by her grandchildren, whom she loved dearly, Ashlyn, Jakob, Josef and Darryl. Also, her brother in Holland, Paul (& Rita).

She is preceded in death by the love of her life, Jack Blackwell plus many, many puppy dogs! As stated, when Ingrid's health was good, she lived life to the fullest. Usually on the back of a Harley Davidson, or "scrounging" for antiques or treasures or listening to Bob Seager or Pink Floyd. Mom, you will be dearly missed-you were a great mother, wife and friend. But we will always remember, "it's not how many breaths you take, but how many moments that take your breath away"
