Ione Allen Obituary
Ione was preceded in death by husband, Daniel Blaine Allen; parents, Clyde Blankenbeckler, Elizabeth Blankenbeckler Alexander and stepfather Edgar Alexander; brother, Homer Blankenbeckler
Ione is survived by sons, Gary (Rachelle) Allen of Knoxville, TN, Randy (Becky) Allen, of Pulaski, TN, Doug Allen of Madisonville, TN; stepsons, Danny Allen of Michigan, and Jim Allen of Michigan; sisters Betty Moore, Brenda Felty, and Neva Garren along with her beloved grandchildren Katie Allen, fiancé Marc Cooper, Brandon Cates, girlfriend Morgan Vandergriff, Trent (Haley) Allen, Justin (Cori) Allen, Shelby (Chad) Foster and 5 great-grandchildren.
Ione loved being in the kitchen and everyone was welcome at her table. Outside the kitchen, Ione loved tending her flowers in her many flower beds. Above all, Ione was a devoted and loving mother. She cherished spending time with her loved ones. Ione taught her family the value in gathering
Ione and memories of family traditions will be forever in our hearts.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, April 3, 2026 at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel, interment will follow at Cloyds Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
