Her dedication, attention to detail, and meticulous nature defined her professional life and inspired those who worked alongside her.

Beyond her hobbies, Irene's passions were her friendships and her service. She adored spending time with her close circle of friends, especially during their international lunches, where she delighted in trying new foods and enjoying companionship. Her deep commitment extended to the Katy Elks Lodge #2628, where she worked tirelessly to raise funds for special needs children. She served as Sweetheart three times, including her final and most treasured role as Gulf Coast District Sweetheart. Irene also proudly contributed to the Elks Lodge committees, serving on the house committee and as hall rental chair.
Known for her love of yellow roses, her sparkling outfits, and her collection of purses, Irene brought vibrancy and joy everywhere she went.
