Isaac Tristan Graham, vibrant and courageous, passed away on September 14, 2025, in
Rowlett, TX, at the young age of 23. Born on August 21, 2002, in Richardson, TX, Isaac was a beacon of energy and enthusiasm throughout his life.
A proud graduate of Sachse High School in the year 2020, Isaac excelled both academically and athletically. He was a talented soccer player and a tenacious cross-country runner, demonstrating early on his love for competition and his relentless pursuit of excellence.
Isaac was an adventurous soul, one who found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He had a particular talent for backflips and somersaults, a testament to his fearless nature and physical agility. His zest for life extended to his creative pursuits as well. Isaac enjoyed making and recording music, singing his favorite songs, a craft he approached with the same fervor he displayed on the playing field.
A member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, his presence was a source of joy and inspiration to all who knew him. His unwavering commitment to his faith was evident in his life.
Isaac's competitive spirit was not limited to sports or music. He loved to engage in friendly competition with his brothers and father, whether it was soccer, skateboarding, snowboarding, video games, basketball, wrestling, boxing, or rock climbing. Every activity was an opportunity for challenge and growth, and Isaac embraced each with an infectious enthusiasm and a playful heart.
Isaac is survived by his loving parents, Lorrie and Terry Graham of Rowlett; older brother, Antonio and wife Annie of Plano; and younger brother, David of Rowlett. He is also survived by his grandfather, Scott Graham of North Richland Hills and his grandmother, Julia Flores of Ralls, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other loved ones. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Antonio Flores, and his paternal grandmother, Paula Graham.
Isaac lived fearlessly, meeting life's joys and struggles with an open heart and unwavering strength. His absence will be profoundly felt. His life, though brief, was one that was lived to the fullest. Every moment was an adventure, every challenge a chance to shine.
Funeral mass will be held 11:00 am on Monday, September 22, 2025, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with a viewing to begin at 10:30 am. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery. The family will gather with friends for visitation at Rest Haven Funeral Home Rowlett on Sunday from 5:00 to 8:00 pm with a Rosary at 6:30 pm.
