Isaac Richard Harbarger

Isaac Richard Harbarger Sr., age 61, passed away on January 18, 2026, in Monroe, North Carolina.

Isaac was born on February 17, 1964, to Mary Elizabeth Harbarger and Isaac Riley Harbarger, both of whom preceded him in death.

He was the devoted husband of Vicki Harbarger and a loving father to Isaac Richard Harbarger Jr. (married to Edhis), Joshua Aaron Harbarger, and Kristin Darlene Harbarger (married to Jose). Isaac was a proud and deeply loved grandfather to Abigail, Debora, Vicki, Hunter, MaKayla, Wyatt, Rhylee, Conner, Isaac III, Elliott, and Laycee, all of whom cherished their Pap-Pap.

Isaac was also a loving brother, survived by his sisters Josephine, Karen, and Bernie. He was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters Riley, Sara-Mae, Arnold, Donnie, Mildred, Regina, and Linda, whom he now joins in eternal rest.

Isaac enjoyed the simple things in life—watching a good western, riding his motorcycle, was a die hard Steelers fan, and, most of all, spending time with his family. He treasured the moments he shared with his grandchildren and found his greatest joy in being surrounded by those he loved.

Isaac will be remembered for his love of family, his quiet joys, and the lasting memories he leaves behind. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
