He is reunited in Heaven with his loving wife Geraldine Guajardo, parents Pablo and Paulina Guajardo, and siblings Sara and Raul.
Ismael is survived by his children Marlena, Ismael Jr. and his spouse Michelle, Mario and his spouse Suzanne, Lorena and Mayo; grandchildren Ismael III, Pablo, Alejandro and his spouse Andrea, Brianna and Cristian; great-grandchildren Surinitie and Evelina; siblings Rodolfo and his spouse Elsa, Candelaria, Pablo and his spouse Lily, Paulina and many beloved family and lifelong friends. He will be remembered for his grand storytelling, his booming singing voice and as a proud dentist and rancher.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2023, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a rosary to be recited at 6:30 p.m. at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, May 19, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church with a procession to depart the funeral home at 9:15 a.m. Interment will follow at Mission Burial Park North.
