Smiley was born in Pecos Tx, to Alicia Salcido on June 24,1976..
He attended Pecos High School. He worked as a work over rig hand as well as in construction for 15+ years.
Smiley is preceded in death by his siblings Crissy Navarrette, Frankie Menchaca, and Danny Salcido.
Smiley is survived by his daughter Samantha Olivas Torres, his sister Gloria Menchaca, his brother Erick Salcido, his beloved mother Alicia Salcido and his Grandchildren Eli Kain Guerrero, Elady Anahí Torres.
