Con profunda tristeza comunicamos que Iván A. Rivera, de 48 años falleció por complicaciones de un ataque cardíaco el 31 de agosto de 2025 en la ciudad de Houston, Texas. Amado padre de Iván Everardo y André Emiliano Rivera.
Iván nació en Linares, N.L. México, el 12 de marzo de 1977. La familia Rivera se mudó a Houston en el año de 2002, donde Iván construyó una vida basada en su arduo trabajo, brindando a sus hijos un futuro mejor y una comunidad mejor. Será recordado por su dedicación a su familia, y su compromiso con el trabajo, su lealtad y su capacidad para conectar con todos. Su pasión por compartir su cultura a través de la comida y la música. Le sobreviven sus padres Ma. Concepción y Héctor Rivera. Sus hermanos Héctor, Susana y Karla Rivera y sus Hijos Iván Everardo y André Rivera. Toda su querida familia y muchos amigos que atesorarán su memoria.

Aunque ya no estés en ésta tierra nos has dejado un hermoso legado atraves de tus hijos, tu herencia, tu linaje. Y es atravez de ellos que tú continuarás entre nosotros.
Aunque su partida nos duele, siempre lo recordaremos con cariño y gratitud.

El velorio se llevará a cabo el martes 9 de septiembre de 2025, de 3:00 pm a 9:30 pm, en la Funeraria Felix H. Morales - Northside, Houston, Texas. El servicio religioso comenzará a las 7:00 pm, seguido por música en vivo a las 8:30 pm.
