Jack Bible Obituary
Born February 8, 1930, to Luke Lawrence Bible and Myrtle Pearl (Pierce) Bible. He is survived by his sons, Kenneth and Keith from his first marriage to Beverly. He was preceded in death by his brother Roscoe Bible, sister, Barbara Sue Hunt, first wife, Beverly (Snyder), and his second wife, Shirley (Jenkins). Jack served in the US Navy and had a career at General Motors working as a test driver at the GM Proving Grounds.
Jack was known for his strong work ethic and was proud of the house he built in Highland for his young family. He appreciated vintage muscle cars and meticulously restored a 1962 Thunderbird. In his 80s, Jack was a devoted volunteer for Meals on Wheels, delivering lunches to the elderly around the Milford area. He enjoyed building grandfather clocks, home projects, gardening, and caring for his Havanese dogs.
Jack's family will honor his memory in a private service.
