Jack Chrapowicki Obituary
Shamokin – Jack J. Chrapowicki, 78, formerly of Harold Thomas Highrise, passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at Mountain View Manor, Coal Township.
Born in Shamokin on August 9, 1946 to the late Violet Harpoviskie. He graduated from Shamokin High School in 1964.
Jack married Mary Chrapowicki, who preceded him in death. Jack retired from Weis Markets, where he worked as a meat cutter.
Jack is survived by his partner, Beverly Scott; two step-daughters, Christina Hoke, and Cybil Hoke; and two grandsons, Lane Lewis, and Booker Lewis. In addition to his wife and parents, Jack was preceded in death by two daughters, Jane Crapowicki, and Jillian Chrapowicki.
FUNERAL NOTICE
Jack J. Chrapowicki, 78, Shamokin – Graveside service will be held Thursday, July 3, 2025 at 11:00 am at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Coal Township. Arrangements are being cared for by Farrow-Campbell Funeral & Cremation Service, 240 W Chestnut Street, Shamokin, PA, Lori Ann Campbell, Supervisor. In lieu of flowers please send memorial contributions to St. Jude’s’s Children Research Hospital, Memorial & Honor Program-F, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.
