I live in a building managed by CW Management and Jack was associated with that management. He was around the building often and those who resided there knew him.

Jack was a kind, considerate and caring man, gentle I would say.
Although it was not his job, he regularly brought in deliveries and put them behind a locked door.

Jack was always helping someone. He knew I was fearful of the elevator door closing before I was in it, so he would often hold the door open for me.

I will miss Jack and so will many others.
