Jack William Lou Harris, lovingly remembered as Bill, passed away on January 2, 2026, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Born on July 23, 1951, to William and Josephine (Sisco) Harris, Bill was a lifelong resident of Fort Smith and a beloved son, husband, father, and grandfather.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Rebbecca Harris; his son, Jack William Harris Jr. and wife Melissa; and his cherished grandchildren, Anya Harris and Miles Putman. He is also survived by his brother, J.D. Harris; his sister, Pat Creech; and several nieces and nephews. Bill was preceded in death by his parents.
