Jack A. Hawk

Jack A. Hawk, 64, of Hutchinson, PA, passed peacefully at his home on November 18, 2025. He was born May 25, 1961, to the late Ralph Hawk and Claudia (Breon) Durmis. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Terri Lea (Oskin) Hawk, in 2018, and two brothers, Scott and Danny. Jack is survived by his children, Amy Lynn (Jesse Zarobsky) Donnelly, Savannah Marie (Brian Kalo) Hawk, and Jack (Dashia) Hawk; five grandchildren; a brother, Ralph; and two sisters, Laurie and Marjorie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends. Jack had a heart of gold and deeply loved his family. He took great pride in caring for those he loved and would do anything for anyone in need. A dedicated and hardworking man, Jack's family was truly the center of his life. Friends will be received on Friday from 2–4 PM and 6–8 PM at Ott Funeral Home, Inc., 805 Pennsylvania Ave., Irwin, PA 15642. A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10 AM in the funeral home.
