Jack Wayne McCuistion, 90, of Ramseur, died Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at Chatham Hospital UNC Health in Siler City.
Funeral Services, 11 AM, Friday, March 14, 2025, at Deep River Baptist Church, Ramseur.
Officiating, Rev. Tim Strider.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Jack was born in Waco, Texas and was a longtime resident of Randolph County. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and later worked for the Department of the Army. He was a member of Deep River Baptist Church and loved his Lord and Savior and his church family. Jack was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather and he treasured his family and spending time with them. He enjoyed being outdoors, working in his yard and cooking on his grill, but he also enjoyed letting others cook for him, especially at Best Foods Cafeteria. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Dewey and Linnie Marie Strother McCuistion as well as his brothers, Jimmy McCuistion and Bobby McCuistion.
Survivors: wife of 67 years, Clarice Garner McCuistion, of the home, daughters, Jan Hege and husband, Dale, of Ramseur, Jackie Hinshaw and husband, Mike, of Asheboro, grandchildren, Stephanie Hege, Michael Hinshaw, Angela Williamson, and husband, Jacob, Neil Hinshaw, and wife, Vanessa, great-grandchildren, Alexus Hinshaw, Cayson Hinshaw, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation, 10 AM to 10:45 AM, Friday, Deep River Baptist Church, Ramseur, and other times at the residence.
