With heavy hearts yet joyful spirits, we will gather to celebrate the remarkable life of Dallace Albert McCuistion, who peacefully departed from this world on July 26, 2025, surrounded by his beloved family. Dallace, a proud son of St. George, Utah, was born on March 15, 1939, to Arthur Robert and Vangie Lurie Alldredge McCuistion. He lived a life full of adventures, laughter, and love.

Dallace's journey was intertwined with Jane Ann Coltrin, whom he married in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple on June 2, 1961. Together, they built a beautiful family, finding great joy in outdoor explorations, whether it was camping, fishing, or tending to his cherished garden. His heart swelled with pride as a devoted grandpa, always eager to share stories, laughter, and life lessons with his 32 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

A hardworking truck driver, Dallace dedicated many years to the industry, retiring from Deseret Transportation after 13 fulfilling years on the road. His passion for service extended far beyond his career; he was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving in numerous callings throughout his life. Dallace held a special place in his heart for his time as a temple worker at the Mt. Timpanogos Temple and the missions he served-one in the Central States Mission as a young man and later alongside Jane in the Florida, Orlando Mission.

We will come together to honor Dallace's incredible legacy on Friday, August 1, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Manilla Creek 12th Ward, located at 1320 West 3540 North, Pleasant Grove. Prior to the service, we invite all who knew and loved Dallace to join us for a viewing on Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Anderson & Sons Lone Peak Chapel 6141 West 11000 North, Highland, Utah, and again on Friday from 9:45 to 10:30 AM at the church prior to the services. Following the service, we will lay him to rest in the American Fork Cemetery, where he will be remembered for his laughter, kindness, and the love he brought into our lives.

Dallace is survived by his devoted wife, Jane, their five children Scott (Cheryl) McCuistion, Janis (Sterling) Clark, Tracy (Lisa) McCuistion, Penny (Eric) Laker, and Eric (Jodi) McCuistion, as well as his siblings Howard McCuistion and Karen Anderson. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Edith Ray, Elaine Reynolds, and Arthur Lloyd McCuistion.

Together, let us celebrate the joy, love, and adventurous spirit of Dallace McCuistion, a man who touched our hearts and whose memory will forever live on in our stories and lives.
