Jack Lyn Reed, age 67, of Myton, Utah, the husband of Patty Reed, died on April 1, 2025.
He was born on January 30, 1958, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
He is survived by his wife, Patty Wall Reed, children, Travis Reed, Jeremy (Michelle) Reed, Tina (Clay) Bird, Shasta (Josh) Topanotes, Denim Reed, and many grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by Melvin Reed and Barbara Ponton.
He was cremated, and the family would appreciate shared memories.
