Jack (Jackie) Richardson, 75, of Spiceland, passed away Saturday, December 28, 2024 at home with his loving wife by his side. He was born June 5, 1949 in Muncie to James Bryan and Oreatha (Leuman) Richardson.
He grew up in the Springport area and was a 1967 graduate of Blue River Valley High School. He began working at Chrysler after graduation. In 1998, he married Rannah (Lynn) Morgan. They were blessed with 26 years of marriage. In 2002, he retired with 34 ½ years of service. Jack enjoyed fishing, bird watching and spending time with family. He loved to tell jokes and stories.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Rannah (Lynn) Richardson; 3 stepdaughters, Shelley Bennett, Kimberly Hannon and Amber Penrod; 6 grandchildren, Taylor Bennett, Kaylee Colwell, Jakob Hannon, Skylor Stevenson, Sydney Cudihee and Kaitlyn Penrod; 1 great grandson, Chevy Larkin; nephew, Aaron Firle; several great nieces, nephews and cousins; special Aunt Arnell Goodwin.
In addition to his parents, Jack was preceded in death by his sister, Linda Pickering; nephew, Jason Firle.
To honor Jacks wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral services. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle. You may express condolences or share a memory of Jackie at www.hinsey-brown.com.
