It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Jack Riseden, Jr., who left us peacefully on January 3, 2024 at home surrounded by his family.
Jack was born on April 22, 1944 and lived a life full of laughter, generosity, and love. Jack was a witty and sassy individual, whose heart was as immense as his humor. He was the loving patriarch of our family, and the lessons of love, giving, and laughter he shared will always live on in their hearts.
Jack is survived by his beloved children Jill (Javier) Velazquez, Jay (Kat) Riseden, Mac (Casey) Riseden, Grandchildren Justin Velazquez, Carley Velazquez, Nataleigh Johnson, Kellar Riseden, Riley Riseden, Easton Gordon, Great Granddaughter Kynlee Pou, sister Becky (Jim) Dowden and brother Jeff Riseden. Jack is predeceased by his parents, Jack Riseden, Sr. and Amy Riseden.
Throughout his life, Jack's greatest accomplishment and ultimate pride were his family. His legacy is the vibrant and caring family he leaves behind. His memory will continue to bring warmth and laughter to all who had the honor to know him.
A Celebration of Life for Jack will be held on January 6, 2024, from 1-4 pm at Hope Hollow Ministries. We invite all those who loved Jack to join us in celebrating his remarkable life and the wonderful man he was.
We will always remember Jack Riseden, Jr., for his jovial spirit, his generosity of heart, and the love he shared so freely. His spirit shall forever resonate in the hearts of those he knew and loved.
