Jack L. Snodgrass, age 75, passed away on October 26, 2024.
He was born on May 27, 1949, in Ravenna, to Denton and Joyce (Randall) Snodgrass.
Jack graduated from the last class at Atwater High School. He then went on to receive his Bachelors’ degree in social science from The University of Akron. Jack worked as a bartender at the Owl Grill in Alliance for many years and then in management for Speedway for 23 years.
Jack was an avid Cleveland Guardians and Browns fan. He was also a fan of Film Noir.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Jeanie Bounds Snodgrass; children, Bryan (Holly) Snodgrass and Shaune McColley; step-daughter, Melinda Bounds; two grandchildren, Baby Grey and Danny Snodgrass; and siblings, Elaine (Jerry) May, Barbara (Joe) Bublik, Patricia (David) George, Lawrence Snodgrass, Laura (Rick) Shaw, and John Snodgrass.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a granddaughter, Nona Marie Gail Snodgrass.
A funeral service will be held at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home on Friday, November 1st at 2:00 p.m. with a visitation one hour prior.
A luncheon will follow the service at the Alliance Christian Center, 670 W. Main St., Alliance, Ohio 44601.
