Visitation at Frederick Funeral Home, 2553 Banning Rd., on Thursday (Dec. 15) from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Special condolences may be expressed at www.frederickfh.com

I became acquainted with Jack in 2016 when my son was on the boy's bowling team at Northwest High School. Jack was coaching the girls at the time. I would come and watch my son at practice as Jack was coaching and we got into some wonderful conversations. After my son graduated I would often go up to see jack at the bowling alley. He would pull up a chair and we would chat non-stop even as he was coaching. I always appreciated his honesty and directness.I will be forever gratefull for how much he supported my son in his efforts to be a better bowler. My condolences to his family, friends, and those many bowlers he helped along the way.
Rest in Peace Jack, the battle is over!
