Jackie Lynn Campbell-Redmond, 73, of Ravenna, Ohio, passed away Sunday, October 20, 2024 at Tamarack Ridge Health and Rehabilitation in Kent. She was born September 27, 1951 in Waterloo, Iowa to Duane E. and Florence C. (Harvey) Hackett. Jackie spent her time making many memories with her family and loved playing bingo with her friends. She enjoyed crafts like scrapbooking or making cards and was an excellent painter. She had a love for creating beautiful statement jewelry as well. She was also an avid reader, staying up late into the night just to finish a good book. She loved her family and friends fiercely with all of her heart, and cherished the time she spent with them. She was kind and loving and enjoyed speaking to anyone about anything. Jackie will be dearly missed by many family and friends. We take comfort in knowing she is no longer suffering. Jackie was preceded in death by her parents Duane and Florence (Harvey) Hackett, her husband Dean Redmond, and son-in-law Randy Allsteadt. She is survived by her siblings Joan Shaffer, Connie Miller and Ron Hackett as well as her children Julie (Jason) Allsteadt, Brian (Lisa) Campbell, Jeffrey (Monica) Campbell and her grandchildren Jason (Darian) Campbell, Cortney Campbell, Maelynn Allsteadt, Sydney (Sebastian) Allsteadt, Jason Campbell, and step-grandson Jared Strausser. Jackie also had her first great-grandson on the way. Honoring her wishes, no services have been planned and cremation has taken place. Please remember and honor Jackie in your own special way. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in memory of Jackie to Dysautonomia International PO Box 596, East Moriches, NY 11940 or online at https://dysautonomiainternational.salsalabs.org/2021dysautonomiadonate/index.html
