Jackie D'Agostino

Jackie D'Agostino, 82, of Winter Garden, Florida, formerly of Lynbrook, New York, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Born on February 3, 1943, in Brooklyn, New York, Jackie lived a life filled with warmth, laughter, and a deep love for others. She was the beloved widow of Charles D'Agostino, with whom she shared many wonderful years. Jackie had a joyful spirit and a special gift for connecting with children. Her playful nature, kind heart, and zest for life left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Whether spending time with her family or sharing a smile with a stranger, Jackie brought light and joy wherever she went. She is survived by her loving children, Charlie, Christopher, and James; her cherished grandchildren, Annamarie, Eric, James, Jake, Katie and Anya; and her adored great-grandchildren, Lucas, Theodore, and Thomas. She is also survived by her caring daughters-in-law, Taine and Victoria. Jackie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation will be held at Perry's Funeral Home, 118 Union Ave, Lynbrook, NY 11563 on Sunday, October 12, 2025, from 2-4 PM and 7–9 PM. Funeral services will take place on Monday, October 13, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Perry's Funeral Home followed by interment at Calverton National Cemetery 210 Princeton Blvd Calverton, NY 11933 In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Jackie's memory to Tunnel to Towers Charity: T2T.ORG
